Corporate Decision Management
This module is a process to make plan or take decision. In majority of cases CEO / Board decides some legal action has to be taken, in the absence of proper documentation the matter gets forgotten or remains solely in the minutes, the purpose of this module is that all such decisions are documented which ensures the timely and proper action on the issues is taken.
In this regard we would like to say that in some of our client cases we found that the various decision taken by the management since it were not recorded could not be implemented and the need came from them to us to include this to somehow document and our domain expert is created this module
